····seagulls—gleaming above the salt-white
Every so often I’m surprised to see a seagull so far inland, though for them, I suppose. the Connecticut river is half way to the ocean or Lake Champlain. They’re a white visitation these January days in March. Tuesday expects to bring us a foot or more of snow.
