33: December 9th 2015 | bottlecap

Was supposed to be doing something else, then became immersed. Stoked the woodstove. Read some from my Peanuts comic books, then studied haiku, Basho’s and modern haiku, and then heard my wife’s footsteps at the back door after a long night out.

  1. I’m saying you’ve grasped the haibun form. Also, I admit to being really taken by the gif snowflakes on the cardinal woodcut. I found myself just staring at it for a couple of minutes in kind of a Stopping by Woods revery. Thanks twice!
